Kilwaughter Designs is a small, locally owned business located in Northeast Florida.  Our mission is to make quality, beautiful items which are practical, eco-friendly and durable.  We offer handmade tote and carry bags, zippered pouches, seasonal items, and utilitarian and fun items for the home.  Each item is handsewn in our in-house studio which is a smoke free and pet free environment.  We love pets; however, strive to be considerate of customer allergies.  Many of our items are one of a kind.  If multiples are available, it will be indicated in the shop.

We strive to use quality fabrics to craft beautiful, practical and fun pieces.  I am a solo maker and seamstress; and my production times vary.  

Our textile items are individually handsewn.

As a small business, we are striving to provide an alternative from the mass produced and marketed retail environment which too often is poorly made with low quality materials. 

The majority of our handmade, new products are made from 100% cotton or linen. All soft items and quilts are created with 100% polyester fiberfill or batting. 

Occasionally, we will create items using textiles which are repurposed such as antique linens and vintage fabric. We also search for textiles which traditionally would go to a landfill even though they are brand new!

Any product which contains repurposed or recycled material will be clearly marked.

Kilwaughter Designs Vintage is a division of our shop offering select 

vintage items (at least pre-1990). 

These items have been previously owned (and loved) and may show signs of wear consistent with their age and use. Descriptions will include measurements and detailed condition issues (if any).  Please read the listing information completely, review photos and feel free to ask questions or request additional photos if needed.
